Start the new year by learning the basics of everyday bread making in our Everyday Breads Workshop with Alex Artinian. We’ll cover mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing, and how to get soft, consistent results at home. This class focuses on approachable doughs you can return to for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
