How to Sear, Sauté, and Roast for the Best Results
Join our Fundamentals of Cooking: Cooking with Fire class with The Curated Kitchen. In this class, Chef Danielle Desiato will guide you in how to choose the right cookware based on what you’re making, including when to reach for stainless steel, nonstick, and other options. You’ll practice properly preheating a skillet, searing proteins, and caramelizing vegetables, along with the differences between skillet cooking and oven-roasting.
There will be demos followed by hands-on experience, and you’ll get to enjoy the food you make in class.
